The Australian Vaccinology Course is designed for professionals seeking a deep, evidence-based understanding of vaccines, immunology and vaccination programs.

The immersive in-person program – led by the National Centre for Immunisation Research and Surveillance (NCIRS) in partnership with the University of Sydney Infectious Diseases Institute – will equip you with the critical knowledge and skills required to:

  • confidently navigate the complex landscape of vaccine science and policymaking
  • address immunisation program-related questions from diverse stakeholders
  • play a pivotal role in improving vaccine uptake.

Whether you're involved in policymaking, clinical practice, public health or research, this course will empower you to contribute meaningfully to local and national immunisation strategies; enhance vaccine decision-making processes; and become a trusted advocate for immunisation in your community and country.
